‘Seeing with Cross-Cultural Eyes’

In order to maintain a happy, productive workforce, your employees need to be integrated properly into their new surroundings.  This two-day seminar provides an invaluable approach to working with people from a variety of different cultures.  It promotes a broad understanding of how to view issues with a cross-cultural approach and develops a real confidence with interacting in a foreign environment.

‘Understanding (choice of) Culture’.

Administered and mediated by experts in your chosen culture, this one/two day workshop is designed to get your workforce acquainted with their new location.  It provides an intimate awareness of the particular society in which they will be working, securing employee familiarity with people in a culture different from their own.

§       Focus and discussion group interaction tackles potential cultural misunderstandings such as gender identity and management heirachy.
